ELDERS ARE ARRESTED AT JHANSI, UTTAR PRADESH

Bro. Mohan Singh and Bro. Ravi Shankar, two elders of Jhansi Brethren Assembly are arrested by Police today (August 24, 2023) on conversion allegations and sent to Jail. They have been charged under Section 3 & 5 (1) of “Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021.”

These two brothers have come to faith from other faith and were involved in Christian NGO work. They have applied for bail and the bail hearing is scheduled for tomorrow.

Please earnestly pray for Lord’s intervention in this matter, that they may receive bail and be released soon. Please uphold their families, local evangelist Bro. Tulsi and other Assembly members (most of them are from other background) in prayers.

Please pray for the opponents of the Gospel so that they would realize the real love of the living God.
